Mary, I just have to tell you how much I appreciate everything you did to make my dream come true.  I have always wanted to own a loft, especially in the center of a large city.  I never imagined it would happen.  Thank you for all the hard work you did prior to our first outing to find my new home.

You knew exactly what I was looking for and off we went.  You prepared me for the fact that this may only be the start.  Very few people find what they are looking for the first day.  It's part of the elimination process; narrowing down to the perfect choice.  Little did I know that you did your preliminary work so well that the very first place we looked was the perfect place for me.  We looked at quite a few more that day, confirming in my mind that I still loved the first one.

Of course, there is one thing that makes it a bonus to work with you...............your husband, Mark.  Being a mortgage broker and a great person to work with, made everything so smooth and easy.  Mark was wonderful!  Be sure to tell him how much I appreciate all his hard work too!

It was a pleasure to work with you, Mary!  I can't thank you enough!  My decision to work with you was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time!  Thanks for all your hard work!

Recently our family moved into our second home.  I would like to say thanks and describe our experience......

We made the decision to move from our home of 12 years.  After looking on-line and viewing what seemed like hundreds of homes, we decided we really needed advice on what is most families largest purchase.  Based on a referral from a friend, we contacted Mary Towler.  After describing the type of home we were looking for, Mary told us why she would be a good choice in helping us find our future home.  We felt comfortable with Mary and entered into a Buyer's Agreement.
